Rackets Cubed is pleased to announce the launch of new activity programme for the children of Haxby Road Primary Academy in York this January.
Hosted at York St John University, thirty one children from Year 6 make the short walk each week to take part in one hour’s tennis coaching from Richard Newcombe, followed by maths in one of the excellent teaching rooms and rounded off with a nutritious meal.
This trial programme will run through the Spring and Summer Terms and we are confident that a full year long programme will follow from this September.
