Michael is an Investor in selected Technology / Healthcare and Philanthropic Enterprises. Passionate, if not talented, squash and tennis player.

Geoff Newton
PRESIDENT
Previously Senior Executive for Marks & Spencer and P&O: Director of Olympic Opportunity for 2012 Olympic/Paralympic Games: CEO of the Tennis Foundation.

Geoff focussed on opening up the sport for young people, the disabled and the disadvantaged.
A strong advocate of Sport for Development: number of Non Exec roles, inc Vice Chair of the British Paralympic Association, and President of Yorkshire Tennis.
Previously a Director of the All England Club and now Vice President.

Helen Hargreaves
FINANCE MANAGER
Helen is passionate about building inclusive communities and brings experience in finance, community engagement and volunteer coordination.

Carrie Cantle
PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Carrie is an ex-professional squash player, with British and European titles under her belt. She’s passionate about giving children access to sport.

Nat Price
HUB MANAGER
Nat is our Hub Manager. She manages and runs our social supermarket, The Roehampton Community Box, based at our London office.

She is passionate about fighting food poverty. She has many years of experience in managing and running food projects for the community and ran a food hub for Lambeth during lockdown. She also has experience of working as a head chef and kitchen manager, using food that would of gone to waste to feed the community.
Nat is also a trained youth worker/mentor and has worked for many years in Roehampton.
Nat enjoys, cooking up new vegan meals, Being by the sea, black and white film photography, boxing training and supporting her not so local women’s and men’s football team-Clapton FC (I wont mention Arsenal too).

Jules Silvera
NORTH WEST
Jules is a Sport & Exercise Psychology MSc graduate and qualified squash coach with 6 years coaching experience. He is based in Manchester where he coaches at The Northern Tennis & Squash Club.

His passion for sport, talent development, and participation has led him to work with talented athletes in swimming, taekwondo, Rugby League and squash. He is currently based in Manchester where he works as Head of Squash at The Northern Lawn Tennis Club.
His belief in the positive influence sport can have on young people is what led him to take on the role of area programme manager at Rackets Cubed.

Becky Downes
LONDON
Becky has been involved in Primary Education for over twenty years. She loves teaching children of all ages and has experienced many roles across varying positions.

Her biggest love is spending time with her family and friends playing both Tennis and Padel. She loves to be active and believes this helps keep the mind body and soul happy and healthy.
Becky joined Rackets Cubed to support her passion in encouraging active children and to help provide opportunities for all.

Passionate squash player from an early age and continues to play veterans for the Roehampton Club and in events around the country.

Kathryn received an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology; she also holds a BA in Economics & Mathematics from Colby College, Maine and completed the General Course in Statistics & Mathematics from the London School of Economics. Prior to Reed’s Kathryn worked for The Federal Reserve Bank, McKinsey & Co and Citigroup.
