Dear Rackets Cubed Partners and Supporters
We wish to inform you that Nikki Rossner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rackets Cubed, will be stepping down from her role, effective 30 November 2025.
Nikki has been an integral part of our organisation since joining in 2018. She has led the charity as CEO with passion and dedication since January 2023 and has played a central role in the growth and development of Rackets Cubed. Under her leadership, the charity has expanded its programme reach, strengthened its mission around education, sport, and nutrition, and forged important partnerships across the sector. Throughout her time with us, Nikki has shown tremendous passion, dedication and vision. We are deeply grateful for her service and all that she has achieved.
This decision has been made after thoughtful consideration and discussions with the Board of Trustees. We respect Nikki’s decision and would like to thank her sincerely for her hard work, commitment and the positive impact she has made on our organisation.
The Board will now begin the process of recruiting new leadership to guide the charity into its next chapter. In the interim, continuity arrangements will be in place to ensure ongoing stability and progress across all areas of our work.
We remain deeply committed to our mission and are excited about the future. Thank you for your continued support.
